The Dodge Ram TRX Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”), except Washington and any other states or territories where prohibited, and Canada, and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law, Canadian law, and applicable state/province law. Do not enter if you are not a legal resident of the eligible areas or are otherwise ineligible under these Official Rules. Sponsored by The White Rabbit Foundation (the “Sponsor”), a nonprofit corporation and tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the USA (excluding WA and where prohibited) and Canada who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their province/state) at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor, American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc. (the “Administrator”), and their affiliates/agents (the “Released Parties”) are ineligible. Void where prohibited.

A winners list will be filed and available post-drawing per regulations.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation constitutes agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s/Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Begins 12:00:01 a.m. MST on December 31, 2025, and ends 11:59:59 p.m. MST on June 1, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper.

HOW TO ENTER:

FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE) – NO DONATION REQUIRED Entrants using the free mail-in method receive the same entry opportunities (including bonus multipliers) as donation-based entrants, with all entries pooled equally for the random drawing.

Mail-in: Hand-print (by Entrant) on a 3”x5” card: full name, address, phone, DOB, email. Mail in #10 envelope with proper postage to: The White Rabbit Foundation, [Insert Full Mailing Address Here]. Postmarked by February 28, 2026; received by March 5, 2026. Each valid mail-in = 50 entries (100–300 during announced Bonus Entry Periods; write the Bonus Period on envelope back). Bonus: Send separate 3”x5” card with info + “65 Bonus Entries” for 65 extra. No bulk/third-party mailings. If unable to hand-print, someone may complete on your behalf.

Additional bonuses: Refer-a-friend (5 entries per valid referral), follow social channels (10 entries each for Instagram/Facebook/TikTok/YouTube; 5 for partner Instagram), bonus codes (up to 20 extra). All donations final/no refunds.

Winner must travel to Volcano, Hawaii (at own expense) within 7 days of acceptance to claim vehicle. Ceremony may be recorded (rights to Sponsor). Winner responsible for taxes, title/license/registration/insurance, shipping if applicable, and all other costs. No warranties by Sponsor. May require proof of insurance/valid license.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Affidavit/Declaration, W9/W8-BEN, skill-testing question (Canada), publicity release required. Taxes on prize value (1099 issued for US winners). Unclaimed/forfeited prizes may go to alternate.

DISPUTES: Governed by Wisconsin law; individual resolution only (no class action); limited to out-of-pocket costs.
